1. Eligibility

2. User Conduct

• Messaging is enabled only after a mutual connection is formed.
• Users are free to unmatch at any time.
• Changes in gender preferences will automatically disable chats with users that no longer match your preferences.

3. Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for all content shared on your profile.
• We never post anything to external platforms without your explicit consent.

4. Availability & Accessibility

• Hombio’s services are hosted on servers located in Delhi, India.
• While our infrastructure is currently India-based, our services are accessible globally. Cross-border availability depends on local regulations and user demand.
• We’re committed to expanding access as our community grows.

5. Payments

• The app is currently offered free of charge.
• If paid features are introduced in the future, users will be notified beforehand.

6. Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, policies, or community standards.
